SRV Owners, as we enter the "off-season" for the Village, we wanted to notify all owners that the hours for security have been reduced. The hours effective today are; Friday and Saturday, 4pm to 12am. Hours will be increased as we reach the busier part of the summer season. We will notify everyone once the hours increase again. Security Hours:

• Friday 4-12 

• Saturday 4-12 ​

The Board of Directors has expanded the hours to provide more security to the Village, owners, and guests.  These expanded hours will now include time at the Village entrance where the guard will be checking vehicle decals as well as issuing temporary passes for guests and tenants. Owners are required to have their vehicle registered with the Management Office and post the vehicle registration sticker on each vehicle entering the Village. If you do not have a vehicle sticker, attached is the registration form we ask that you complete and return to the management office via email to karenl@preferredmanagement.org.

  • Vehicle stickers should be placed on the back of your rearview mirror.

  • . Only two vehicles per home are permitted to park in the community. Additional vehicles are to be parked in Lot 12.
