We have 68 units registered to rent their units throughout the year. We have created a rules reminder sheet for homeowners who rent their units. Please display this form for your renters. The reminders are where to put trash; only two parking spots per unit; and quiet hours to share a few. The form is attached below and is also posted on the Owners Files and Forms page. If you have registered your unit for renting but did't receive a laminated copy from Brad, please contact him for the document.

  • As a reminder: ​ALL trash must be in trash bags prior to being deposited into the trash cans located in the outdoor storage shed. Trash that is NOT in garbage bags will no longer be taken on trash days. We ask all owners to please advise their tenants and/or guests of this regulation as well. Thank you from the maintenance team that is responsible to pick up the trash. 

  • Note: The primary renter and responsible party executing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years of age at the time of rental and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the reservation
